This Year...
This year, we are building on last year, when we focused on simply "creating spaces for friends and strangers to be inspired, challenged, and empowered to love well at home, school, work and in the world."
While we continue to do that, we want to encourage and embrace how we are evolving. So...
this year...2013, we are seeking to become a Beacon of Hope and Courage.
What this means to us is recognizing that we are a small church with a big heart....and a big building. Our "campus" on the corner of Beacon Street and Centre Street is gift we want to cherish and share.
How?
There are three areas we especially want to expand on this year.
1. Worship: We are exploring what it means for our worship to be imaginative.
2. Students: We want to ignite a movement of students helping students.
3. Community Life: We want to deepen our understanding and ability to be connected in community.
In short, we are still asking WHAT DOES LOVE REQUIRE?
